Raoul Thill, founder

 

Raoul Thill is an independent communication consultant for the public, private and nonprofit sectors in Luxembourg and abroad.

With the professional experience of more than 20 years in various domains ranging from the commercial sector via the service industry and the financial sector to the industrial sector, Raoul develops internal strategies to motivate and mobilise the different departments of a company to move in the same direction.

The biggest challenge in his approach is always to identify the sensible interfaces of the process and create coherent connections between corporate brand management, strategic planning, marketing and sales strategies.

Having worked for many years for the government, public institutions and nonprofit organisations, Raoul understands the correlation between communication concepts and political, social and cultural considerations.

In 2012 and 2013, Raoul worked as an independent consultant for the Luxembourgish microfinance industry designing and implementing communication strategies for the organisation ADA, The Luxembourg Round Table on Microfinance or the Microinsurance Network.

Raoul is the founder of Bizart, Luxembourg's first agency specialised in corporate brand management.

In 2007, Raoul co-founded the first 'International Museum Communication Award IMCA' in Brussels.

Raoul was chair of the conference for the 11th edition of the Communicating the Museum Conference taking place in the Museum Kunst Palast in Düsseldorf, in 2011.
